Blackbaud Forms for The Raiser's Edge provide your organization with professional and branded forms to help you make an irresistible ask, loyalty-enhancing gift acknowledgement, rewarding membership appeal, efficient phonathon call, or even polite pledge reminder. Best of all, our forms enable you to do this without any special training, programming or equipment.

Like all of our forms, Blackbaud’s fundraising forms are specifically designed to work with our software and are completely customizable with your logo, colors, background and wording.

Appeals

Appeals can be printed through Mail. You can print previous and suggested gift amounts for each constituent. Customize your Appeals for a specific appeal by including a short message or include a gift barcode containing the Constituent ID, Fund ID, Appeal ID and Package ID.



Envelopes
Compatible envelopes from Blackbaud make your mailings easy. #9 envelopes are a perfect fit for most of our forms and checks. Choose #10 envelopes when you need extra room for additional enclosures. We also offer remittance envelopes (to include in either sized window envelope) and safety tint for envelopes used to mail checks. Imprint your envelopes with your logo and address in one of our Standard inks at no additional charge.

Gift Receipts

Gift Receipts can be printed through Mail. We offer two formats: three per page or a one page combined letter with tear off receipt. Customize receipts with a logo or other important information. The Raiser's Edge prints the date, gift amount and fund to which the gift was applied, if applicable. The software automatically assigns a receipt number, which appears on the form with the date the receipt is generated.  We also offer Canadian versions of our two Gift Receipt formats which conform to Canada Revenue Agency standards.



Membership Cards
Membership Cards give your members a tangible symbol of their commitment to your organization. We design these cards to your specifications with artwork, membership benefits and privileges, website address, hours, key facts about your organization, and more. With the RE:Member optional module, membership cards are printed from Mail. Available in a variety of paper options (including card stock, laminated and polyester) to fit every budget. All our cards are signature- and laser printer-compatible. The die cut measures 3 3/8" x 2 1/8".



Membership Renewal Notices
Membership Renewal Notices enable you to provide constituents with a timely reminder to renew their membership. Choose from three per page and full-page forms.




Phonathon Forms

Phonathon Forms help Development staff record information and personalize their approaches during telephone solicitations. These customizable forms list background information and giving histories and have a perforated tear off form you can mail to the constituent as a Pledge Reminder.

Pledge Reminders
Pledge Reminders can be printed through Mail to remind donors of outstanding pledges, installment due dates and balances. These forms are available with either three- or five-columns in a three forms per page format or in a combined letter with perforated tear off Pledge Reminder.
