The American School of Japan

The Solution:
The American School in Japan replaced the programs they used in the registrar’s, business, and alumni offices with Blackbaud’s School Solution, which provides greater operational efficiency and simplified employee training from a week of intense classes to one day.

The Results:
Approximately 180 employees from the admissions to the registrar’s office rely on a consolidated system of more than 40,000 administrative, financial, and alumni records, allowing staff to access and edit all information using a common interface. Using the online component of Blackbaud’s School Solution, staff members now communicate with parents, students, and alumni, and provide them with around-the-clock access to important school information.
