In addition to protecting more than 200,000 acres of land, planting urban gardens, and helping local watershed groups restore degraded waters, it maintains and preserves Fallingwater, Frank Lloyd Wright’s architectural masterpiece. The Challenge: Western Pennsylvania Conservancy needed to replace its inadequate ticketing system, which took Fallingwater visitors through a lengthy series of steps and created long lines, tarnishing the customer experience.
