The Solution:
Fallingwater selected The Patron Edge®, Blackbaud’s ticketing management solution, to streamline its admissions booth, reduce paper-based processes, and provide visitors the ability to purchase tickets online.

The Results:
With The Patron Edge in place, Fallingwater reduced the paper requirements for running the admissions booth, information desk, phone center and other tour related operations by half. In addition, integration with The Raiser’s Edge® gives staff a better understanding of each visitor, enabling them to more efficiently target key groups for memberships. With this visitor insight, staff members have been able to more quickly sell and process memberships, ultimately increasing phone center membership sales alone by more than 45 percent.
