• The organization used dynamic segmentation and more complete constituent profiles to develop highly targeted email campaigns and appeals.
• The organization built a tight integration between Team Approach and Blackbaud Sphere™.

The Results:

• After the first year, the number of online donors doubled.
  The organization used Sphere eMarketing Advanced to help drive its “Tickle Me Elmo Giveaway” campaign, which resulted in 8,000 new email addresses in a month.
• The solution's on-demand integration capabilities allow the organization to export contact, activity, segmentation, subscription, and gift information from Blackbaud Sphere to Team Approach.
• Sesame Workshop successfully integrated direct mail and online solicitation campaigns resulting in a 44 percent higher online average gift.
