About Ryan
As a member of Blackbaud’s product management team, Ryan is responsible for translating customer problems into software solutions. He has spent over 11 years in the technology industry with a focus on software, having previously served as as a technical account manager for an Internet marketing company, the director of annual giving for an independent school, and as the leader of a professional services company focused on technology solutions. He takes an entrepreneurial approach to driving strategy for products, and is currently focused on the European market as the product line manager for European markets. Ryan has a degree in business management with majors in MIS and finance from Babson College.
