We’ve been working exclusively for nonprofits since 1981, which in software terms is ages ago (think black and green computer screens and DOS). While the majority of high-tech start-ups were dropping like flies, we survived and eventually thrived by really listening to our customers and only focusing on the nonprofit sector. Today, 30 years later, we're still following that model for success.
 
In a nutshell, we're the big public company with the small corner-store personality. We're large enough to invest in the best people and technology, yet small enough to care about each customer.
